Do you accept cash?
No. For the safety and convenience of our customers and employees, we are cashless establishment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do I have to have a reservation?
Yes, all reservations must be made online or by calling 844.448.8987
Do you cancel tours because of rain or other weather?
We rock the party down Broadway, rain or shine! We have built our wagons with a hardcover roof to protect you to the elements. We also monitor the weather on a 15 minute basis, so if we do end up having to cancel any part of your tour, we will offer a prorated refund for time missed.
Can I book a private tour?

Is there an age limit?
Age 21+ Only! Valid I.D is required. We cannot accept a photo of your I.D or a picture of your I.D. Those under 21 are allowed to ride prior to 5:15pm on PRIVATE TOURS ONLY! NO alcohol of any sort is allowed by anyone (including those 21+) on tours that have anyone under the age of 21 on board.
Should I tip the Driver and Entertainer?
Our drivers and entertainers work hard to ensure your experience is above par. Each one works for and appreciates tips. The customary tip is 20%.
Are drinks included with my ticket purchase?
Drink prices are NOT included with your ticket price. We sell a variety of ice cold beers and seltzers onboard. BYOB is NOT allowed! Drinks range from $6-$9.

State law prohibits BYOB on vehicles that have a permit to sell. We have a variety of ice cold beers and seltzers available for you to purchase onboard. Drinks range from $6-$9.
Where does this tour start?
Meet us at 747 Fesslers Lane, Nashville, TN 37210! This tour is 90 mins and an all day block party at the 747 Bar! A major part of Nashville is it’s music, entertainment and great Nashville food. So join us at the 747 Bar prior to your tour and enjoy our all day block party. The 747 Bar has live music (days may vary), a food truck, and numerous activities. We are packed with yard games and numerous drinking games to get the party started Nashville style. We recommend arriving at least 1 hour early to enjoy the block party and get checked in for your tour.
How many people can ride?
Our Bocephus wagon can hold up to 30 people, our Size Matters wagon can hold up to 35 people and our Goliath wagon can hold up to 45 people!
How long is the tour?
Each tour is 90 minutes including loading and unloading!
How long should I allow for the experience?
2 to 3 hours. We recommend arriving 45 mins to an hour before ride time for checking, preparty, yard games etc… the party ride is 90 mins and the after party includes BOGO drinks.

What is your cancellation policy?
Customers receive a full refund or credit with two weeks notice of cancellation. Customers also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows are charged the full price.
What is your weather policy?
We roll rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, the operator may choose to cancel the tour, in which case the customer receives a full refund. If your party chooses not to ride based on weather conditions, you will not receive a refund.
If we are running late can the Tractor wait for us?
Sorry to say we have a schedule to follow and the tractor can not wait for public tours. Now if you book a private tour we can wait because it’s your time, but the tour will only run it’s allotted time. Please be at least 30 mins early to check in.
Where does the tractor go?
We travel through the streets of Nashville. We do not have a set route due to the continuing growth and development of Nashville. Some roads may be closed for construction or other events in the city. Regardless of where we go, we still party!

Are there restrooms onboard?
Nope! This is a wagon, lol! We do have restrooms available at our pick up location, 747 Fesslers Lane, Nashville, TN 37210. We will also make a short stop at one of our partner bars about halfway through the tour.
What happens if it rains or if it’s cold?
The Nashville Tractor is the only party wagon with a roof to keep you out of the rain and the hot sun off your head. We are also the only party wagon with heaters and rain canopies to keep you warm and dry. This is a farm party but even a barn has a roof!!
What type of Tractor do you use?
Bright red CASEIH Tractor duh! Is there another kind? We operate the biggest baddest tractors on broadway. No little baby green tractors here – aren’t those for mowing grass?
What will get us kicked off?
The last thing we want to do is ask someone to leave the wagon. That being said Safety is our number one concern so anyone throwing things off the wagon, giving alcohol to underage people or people on the street, or any other safety concern could get you removed without a refund.
Does this tour come with narration like a sightseeing tour?
This is a farm party where we keep the music rocking and the drinks flowing. You will see the sights of Downtown Nashville, but this is NOT a narrated sightseeing tour!
What if I am pregnant?
We don’t claim to be doctors so we will leave that up to you. We highly suggest that you arrive extra early and get on the wagon early to locate a seat but please keep in mind we can’t guarantee a particular place on the wagon.
Is there any additional charges that I may acquire while riding on The Nashville Tractor?
We reserve the right to bill your payment method for any damage caused by you or your party to our equipment. In addition, you may be responsible for a cleaning fee in the amount of no less than seventy-five dollars in the event of excessive trash and/or bodily fluids!
Will I be turned away from boarding the party wagon if I am intoxicated or sick?
Yes! We reserve the right to not allow passenger boarding to anyone who we believe could be a danger to themselves or other guests. Examples such as highly intoxicated or showing signs of sickness.
Will I get a refund if I am not permitted to board the party wagon?
This will be handled by our management team on a case by case basis!
Does parking come with my ticket purchase?
Parking is not included in your ticket price! We have a limited number of VIP parking spots located at 747 Fesslers Lane. VIP Parking is $15 per vehicle and must be reserved prior to your tour date. If you would like to reserve parking, please reach out to us at social@thenashvilletractor.com.
Can the tractor wait for me while I park my car?
No sorry to say our tours run on a tight schedule and we must depart at set times to keep our schedule.
Will I have an assigned spot on the wagon?
No, we cannot guarantee that everyone will have a bench seat.
What kind of music do you play?
Our playlist is full of party music from all types of genres. We do take request and we always try our best to fulfill those requests. Keep in mind the music played is for adults and probably will contain profanity and/or adult overtones. We know how to rock a party so keep your sensitive PC music police thoughts under control lol.
